The POCO F7 delivers strong performance for its price segment, powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset built on a 4nm process. It features a Kryo CPU cluster in a 1+3+2+2 configuration with a peak Cortex-X4 core at 3.21 GHz and seven Cortex-A720 cores. This setup yields about a 31% CPU performance boost over the prior generation Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, making it very capable for demanding apps and multitasking.
In benchmarks, the POCO F7 scores approximately 2027 in Geekbench 6 single-core and around 6222 in multi-core tests. It reaches about 2 million points in AnTuTu 10, demonstrating excellent overall system performance including CPU, GPU, memory, and UX. The Adreno 825 GPU with a sliced architecture achieves roughly a 49% improvement in graphics performance over the previous generation, also supporting hardware-accelerated ray tracing, which is rare in this price tier.
